Vutara - Bruker
Bruker Vutara VXL is a super-resolution 3D microscope using single-molecule localization microscopy (SMLM) with patented bi-plane detection. It resolves molecular targets below the diffraction limit in three dimensions and, with integrated fluidics, supports multiplexed spatial genomics, transcriptomics and proteomics.

- Localization precision of 20 nm laterally (XY) and 50 nm axially (Z) for organic dyes, finer with DNA-PAINT.
- Multiplexed imaging via integrated PlexFlo fluidics: spatial genomics, transcriptomics and proteomics.
- Compatible techniques: PALM, dSTORM, DNA-PAINT, OligoSTORM and smFISH.
What you receive
- super-resolution localization images (OME-TIFF)
- H&E images where applicable
- MD5 checksums at transfer
Access and priority
Internal clients (BIDMC, DF/HCC), external academic and non-profit clients, and industry clients all have equal priority. Projects begin upon sample receipt.
