What it measures

  • Genome-wide open chromatin accessibility at single-cell resolution.
  • Supports analysis of transcription-factor motif accessibility and gene-regulatory inference.

Input and workflow

  • Input: nuclei suspensions only, from fresh, frozen or cryopreserved cells and tissue.
  • A transposase (Tn5) inserts adapters into open chromatin; nuclei are partitioned on the Chromium X.
  • A single ATAC library per sample is sequenced on Illumina instruments.

Access and priority

Internal clients (BIDMC, DF/HCC), external academic and non-profit clients, and industry clients all have equal priority. Projects begin upon sample receipt.
