STAMP

Single-cell in situ profiling of dissociated cells or nuclei, 50,000 to 100,000 per sample, run on a host spatial platform. STAMP does not define its own panel or chemistry: it inherits the panel, chemistry and geometry of whichever host platform reads the sample. Production is on Xenium, where up to 30 samples share a single capture area; the G4X and StrataMap hosts are under validation. Method described in Pitino, Cell, 2025.

What you receive

  • raw instrument images and transcript coordinate tables
  • cell-feature matrix and segmentation masks
  • Xenium Explorer bundle (.xenium) and OME-TIFF images
  • QC metrics report; MD5 checksums at transfer

Access and priority

Internal clients (BIDMC, DF/HCC), external academic and non-profit clients, and industry clients all have equal priority. Projects begin upon sample receipt.
