What it measures
- 3' gene expression and chromatin accessibility (ATAC) from the same nucleus.
- Two libraries per sample (gene expression and ATAC), analysed together in Cell Ranger ARC.
Input and workflow
- Input: nuclei suspensions only, from fresh, frozen or cryopreserved cells and tissue.
- Transposition tags open chromatin; nuclei are then partitioned into droplets on the Chromium X/iX.
- Gene expression and ATAC libraries are sequenced separately on Illumina instruments.
What you receive
- FASTQ files (gene expression and ATAC)
- Cell Ranger ARC outputs: gene-expression and ATAC feature-barcode matrices
- ATAC fragments file and peak matrix
- web-summary QC report; MD5 checksums at transfer
Access and priority
Internal clients (BIDMC, DF/HCC), external academic and non-profit clients, and industry clients all have equal priority. Projects begin upon sample receipt.
