Delivery Unit

The Delivery Unit of the ncRNA Core can perform delivery of RNA via nanoparticle packaging both in vitro and in vivo will be performed using the NanoAssemblr Spark, Benchtop, and Blaze from Precision NanoSystems.

Please find further information about the state-of-the-art equipment that is available in our Unit

NanoAssemblr Spark

Mini-prep system for creating custom lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for target delivery testing in vitro

Malvern Zetasizer

The Zetasizer provides both exceptionally high performance and entry level systems that incorporate combinations of a particle size analyzer, zeta potential analyzer, molecular weight analyzer, protein mobility and microrheology measurements. Particles and molecules from less than a nanometer in size to several microns can be analyzed.

NanoAssemblr Benchtop

Midi-prep device for making sufficient quantities of nanoparticles for in vitro and in vivo testing.

NanoAssemblr Blaze

Maxi-prep device for in vivo scale nanoparticles for delivery to model organisms, such as mouse and rat.
The Spatial Technologies Unit
The Spatial Technologies Unit provides access, training, education, and expertise on spatial or single cell technologies. It is open to all researchers from academia and industry.
