Detection Unit

The Detection Unit of the ncRNA Core can perform highly sensitive microRNA detection platform for diverse biospecimens.

The technology is based on qPCR and uses a single plate panel for the simultaneous detection of 384 miRNAs using MIRXES technology.

The Services offered by the unit include:

  • Detection of miRNA

  • Analysis of the dysregulated miRNA

Consultation and support for non-coding RNA biology and research.
